Partner-issued certificates remain under the authority of the delivering institution.

Certificates may be revoked in cases of academic misconduct.

7. Fees & Payments

All fees are:

  • Displayed clearly prior to purchase

  • Processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

  • Subject to applicable taxes

We do not store full payment card details.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where substantial access to digital content has occurred, refunds may be limited or denied.

Partner-delivered programme refunds may be subject to partner institution terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including:
