Shape Global Careers.
DC Global Academy is recruiting highly qualified, ethically vetted industry professionals to develop and deliver our accreditation-grade certification programmes. We hold our instructors to the same high standards we hold our certifications.
Industry Experts Who Deliver Real Outcomes
DC Global Academy does not recruit academics for theory. We recruit practising professionals with verifiable track records — people who have done the job, held the role, and can teach from genuine experience.
Our instructors are the foundation of our accreditation-grade reputation. Every candidate is assessed not only on their knowledge, but on their professional integrity, communication standards, and commitment to student outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of verified, practising industry experience in your subject area
- Relevant academic or professional qualification at Level 5 (HND) or above — or equivalent industry certification
- Demonstrable ability to create structured, curriculum-aligned learning materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to academic integrity, student wellbeing, and ethical conduct
- Two professional references from current or recent employers or collaborators

Annual ReviewWe Hold Our Instructors to Exceptional Standards
DC Global Academy’s reputation rests on the quality and integrity of its instructors. The following standards are non-negotiable for all active instructors and are assessed throughout the engagement.
Academic and Professional Integrity
All instructors must operate with complete honesty regarding their qualifications, experience, and expertise. Fabrication of credentials or experience is grounds for immediate termination and may be referred to professional regulatory bodies.
Student-Centred Delivery
Instructors must design and deliver content that prioritises genuine student understanding and employability outcomes — not content volume. Student feedback is reviewed quarterly and informs ongoing engagement decisions.
Zero Tolerance — Misconduct and Corruption
DC Global Academy operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for bribery, examination misconduct, certificate manipulation, and any form of discriminatory or harassing behaviour. Breach of this standard results in immediate contract termination.
Curriculum Currency and Relevance
Instructors are responsible for ensuring their programme content remains current, industry-relevant, and updated at least annually. DC Global Academy reserves the right to audit content quality at any time.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
All instructor engagements are subject to strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance obligations. Student data, curriculum materials, and DC Global Academy intellectual property may not be shared, reproduced, or commercialised without written consent.
Built on Trust, Integrity and Accountability
DC Global Academy’s instructor recruitment process is governed by three non-negotiable ethical principles — applied equally to every applicant, regardless of background or experience level.
Transparent Assessment
Every stage of the selection process has defined, published criteria. Applicants are assessed against the same standard. No preferential treatment, no informal channels, no exceptions. All decisions are documented and retained for audit purposes.
Independent Verification
All stated qualifications, professional credentials, and references are independently verified before any offer of engagement is made. We do not rely on self-certification. Document verification is mandatory and is conducted by our Academic Standards team.
Ongoing Accountability
Instructor engagement is not a permanent appointment. All instructors are subject to annual performance review, student outcome assessment, and compliance audit. Any breach of our Code of Conduct results in immediate review and may lead to contract termination.
Equal Opportunity
DC Global Academy welcomes applications from qualified professionals of all nationalities, genders, ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. Selection is based solely on professional merit, verified qualifications, and demonstrated instructional competence.
Conflict of Interest Policy
All instructors must declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest prior to engagement — including competing commercial activities, personal relationships with students, or other institutional affiliations that may affect objectivity.
Whistleblowing Protection
DC Global Academy provides a protected reporting channel for instructors who observe misconduct, academic fraud, or policy violations. Reports are handled confidentially by senior management and are never disclosed without the reporter’s consent.
