Portal Access & Onboarding
Access all course materials, videos, and assessments through our 24/7 Learning Portal. Support is available if you experience any login, navigation, or technical issue.

Questions about your course content? Contact the academic support team by email. Live Q&A sessions are available for selected programmes — dates published on the Portal.
Exam Booking & Scheduling
Book your proctored examination through the Portal — remote or in-person at our Heathrow campus. Minimum 10 working days notice required. Each student receives 3 free attempts per course.
Results & Certificate Download
Results available within 5 working days. Pass: your certificate is generated automatically and downloadable from the Portal with a unique employer-verifiable ID.
Reasonable Adjustments
Students with a disability, learning difference, or accessibility need should contact us at least 10 working days before their examination to request adjustments. All requests are handled confidentially.
