Exam Booking & Scheduling

Book your proctored examination through the Portal — remote or in-person at our Heathrow campus. Minimum 10 working days notice required. Each student receives 3 free attempts per course.

Results & Certificate Download

Results available within 5 working days. Pass: your certificate is generated automatically and downloadable from the Portal with a unique employer-verifiable ID.

Reasonable Adjustments

Students with a disability, learning difference, or accessibility need should contact us at least 10 working days before their examination to request adjustments. All requests are handled confidentially.

How quickly will I get access to my course after enrolling?
Learning Portal access is activated within 2 working hours of your confirmed first payment during business hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–5PM GMT). You will receive your login credentials by email. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder and contact us immediately.
What happens if I fail my examination?
Every student receives 3 free examination attempts per enrolled course. If you do not pass, you will receive your score and detailed feedback on areas to focus on before re-sitting. Additional attempts beyond 3 are available via an examination voucher — contact askdc@dcglobalacademy.com for details.
How do I request a refund?
Submit your refund request in writing to refund@dcglobalacademy.com including your full name, enrolment reference number, and reason for cancellation. All requests are reviewed within 5–10 working days. Our refund schedule is: Before course access — 100% refund; Within 7 days of first access — 50% refund; After 14 days — no refund applicable.
Can I study abroad using my DC Global Academy certificate?
Yes. DC Global Academy certification is recognised as a supporting credential for applications to our partner universities through DC EduTravel. Partner institutions include the University of Huddersfield (UK), ICMS Sydney (Australia), and institutions across Europe and the Americas. Application, visa guidance, and pre-arrival support are all included at no cost to students.
How does the job placement assistance work?
Job placement assistance is included with every programme. Once you have passed your examination and received your certificate, email askdc@dcglobalacademy.com with your certificate reference to activate your career support. Our team then provides CV review, LinkedIn optimisation, mock interview coaching, and direct employer introductions to relevant hiring managers in our 180+ employer partner network.
How do I submit a formal complaint?
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to compliance@dcglobalacademy.com marked “Formal Complaint”. Include your full name, enrolment reference, and a clear description of your concern. We acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 working days and issue a full written response within 15 working days. Our full complaints procedure is available on the Governance & Compliance page.
What are the minimum technical requirements to access my course?
You need a desktop, laptop, or tablet running Windows 10+, macOS 11+, or ChromeOS, with an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari). A minimum broadband speed of 5 Mbps is required for course access, and 10 Mbps uninterrupted for remote proctored examinations. A webcam and microphone are required for remote examinations. Mobile phones are not recommended. Technical issues arising from student-side equipment are the student’s responsibility per our Self-Paced Learning Policy.
How long do I have access to my course?
Standard course access runs for 12 months from your first login. Examinations must be completed within this access period. Access extensions are available on written request and considered on a case-by-case basis. Once you have passed your examination, your certificate remains accessible and downloadable from the Portal indefinitely.
