4. Digital Course Purchases

4.1 Cooling-Off Period

  • Course access has not been substantially used; and

  • Certification requirements have not been completed.

If substantial access has occurred, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied.

4.2 Substantial Access Definition

Substantial access includes:

  • Completion of a significant portion of course content

  • Downloading protected materials

5. Partner-Delivered Programmes

Where courses are delivered by partner institutions:

  • Refund policies may be subject to the partner institution’s terms

  • Academic and financial decisions remain with the delivering institution

  • DC Global Academy facilitates communication but does not override partner policies

All partner terms are communicated transparently during enrolment.

6. Event Registrations

For information sessions or professional events:

  • Cancellations prior to event start may be eligible for refund

  • No-shows may not qualify for refund

  • Transfer to future sessions may be permitted

7. Corporate Training & Group Enrolments

Refunds for corporate programmes:

  • Are governed by written agreements

  • May be subject to minimum notice periods

  • May include partial refund conditions depending on delivery stage

8. Subscription Services

If applicable:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time

  • Cancellation applies to future billing cycles

  • Refunds for completed billing periods are generally not issued
